Sony and so many other companies are acting like little blind children when it comes to piracy, thinking of the fastest and easiest short-sighted solution to them instead of thinking of the consumer and the real picture.

It's a pity.

You mean like the charity games bundles that had no DRM, allowed you to pay whatever you wanted (min was 1cent) and yet still the vast majority of downloads came from people pirating the bundle.

The fact is that pirates are gonna steal stuff no matter what and they simply use things like DRM and Prices in an attempt to justify themseles... besides i don't see why big Theaters don't just buy a few extra projectors, or stick to showing 3d movies in chinema x and y while a, b, c and d show 2d movies...
