Not really, that $500 mill is strewn across 5 Q's and is sensationalised, Nintendo spend more than $500 mill advertising the Wii most years .. it's not really that much. That and PS3 had GT5 which was obviously popular in Europe. Dunno what you expected Fable and Halo to do ..
