Funny that I assumed the same possibility before, and so many refused to even consider the possibility. Now the hardware sales, but even more importantly the weaker software sales and reports many mainstream gamers think this is just another DS upgrade, a price cut this soon isn't looking so far fetched.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
