3 of those are published by Microsoft, so what the developers are taking notice of is Microsoft's money. As already mentioned, 2 are developed by Microsoft, so I hardly call them Japanese developers anymore (yes, I know, it's the old FF guy, but still...technically, heh).
Also, Eternal Sonata is going to be on the PS3 as well, so I guess they took notice of the 360's sales in Japan.
