Yeah I was gonna go with either a Lenovo, Toshiba, or Samsung.....and the Lenovo was the best price with pretty good features.

I was staying far far away from Dell, Acer, HP and the likes of them.

I got an Acer Laptop in Octoter '10, ZERO hitches so far. Personally, I'm staying away from Toshiba and HP haha.

The laptop I had before this was an Acer and the bastard froze on me almost daily! So i'm staying away from them now lol....Why no Toshiba's?

I've been hearing of reliability probs with them lately... and I'm really glad I went with an Acer. I got decent desktop-comparible specs with good mobility... at a tangible price. I can understand you, though :P
