Actually I'd add to that list. IR pointing is a huge benefit in games. Motion of course, adds a lot to a lot of games too (not to others). Wii helped bring back adventure games (point and click) like Sam & Max and Monkey Island. Introduced fitness games, and now the current dance game craze. One handed-gaming! I love being able to play a game, one handed while enjoying a meal or a drink. There's not a lot that can be played that way, but certainly adventure games, Endless Ocean and others. Also the fantastic VC library should be noted too. The Wii is the party system, if you have friends over, Wii is the system to play moreso than the HD twins which generally focus on single player or online experiences. Also if you have kids, a Wii is a necessity as the HD didn't have much to offer the younger set. Particularly PS3 (amazingly, since PS2 had soo much for young players) had virtually no titles appropriate for young players. Basically Sonic, Lego and LBP and that's it, with LBP being the only system exclusive. Although there's more now, for years, there wasn't.
