If you do try this and it doesn't work then I wouldn't know what to suggest because this is the only error I've had with my PS3, overheating, and a tube of thermal paste has potentially saved me a ton of money, especially since I'm out of warranty anyway, lol. |
Speaking of which... Arctic Silver 5 is the one you want. It's the best Thermal Grease around, IMO.
