Vivendi owned a part of ND, no? In order for Sony to pick up ND they had to sell of the Crash IP. So if Sony had left ND alone then it would possibly have kept a nice level of quality 

I never said Universal owned ND.  Sony was the publisher, Universal was the owner of the licence and ND was the studio  handling  crash, Sony bought ND who weren't interested in Crash any more and Sony wasn't interested in publishing  a non ND Crash so Universal sold it to konami who sold it and so we wait on Activision.
