Correct me if I'm wrong, but the DS was launched in '04, PSP and 360 in '05 and PS3 and Wii in '06. Other than that, I believe that the 3DS in 2011 is the most recently released console.

Wii/PS3 were launched in late '06, so they would have first appeared in '07 for the sales up to mid-May. Therefore,' 07 should have seen big growth over '06.
