Well the way it is now will see it hit roughly  13,350,000, but as you say there are some things to happen later on in the year like a possible (and pretty likely) pricecut... but in the end I still don't see it as certain to be its best year it will achieve between 14-15 million and not likely any higher.

If a pricecut happen then that's better compare this year with 2009... in 2009 it sold 13 million but just 2.7 million til  half may.

I predict the second semester the PS3 will be UP YoY.

Things will be different in 2011 compared to 2009.

Competition pricecuts as well, MS will match pricecut or more, Nintendo has already cut price
No big franchises still coming
