I'll be brutally honest (because I love this site and want the best for it) but Gamrfeed feels dead to me. It's like it has no soul or life at all, the news is slow and I get it way before on N4G, the colour scheme is uninviting, and it just feels so seperated from the rest of the site.
Just some ideas on what I would do, firstly revamp the site, lighter colour scheme, important news along the top in a banner style similar to other sites, and just ... give Gamrfeed its own identity.
I'd concentrate more on quality than quantity, we have some amazing writers here and original peices nearly always get my attention. I don't really read the news peices though, they're well written but have no personality or charisma, so I'm not going to read it on N4G and then again on Gamrfeed unless I get a different (and interesting) take on it.
Hope whatever changes happen work out though, the other 3 sites are perfect.
Edit - Haha just saw, we already have the big news at the top on a banner, it doesn't stand out at all though!!
