Issues with 3DS???

However, in some cases, it freezes on certain pages and won't let you leave them (i.e. home button becomes infunctional) and if you try and load in certain software, the screens freeze, yet the music and 3D continue, and you can change them. But the screen freezes.

I'm really quite annoyed. I haven't done anything to the 3DS-it hasn't been dropped, hacked, water spilt on it-nothing. And yet, it doesn't seem to work for some reason. Well, not all the time, anyway.

So my question is this. Do you have any advice, any links to articles? Are you in the same position? If so, please post below. I was going to wait until the system update, but if it won't load, what can I do?

Gievn that it's the first time I hear of something like this, I say you should send it to Nintendo.
