This mode of action seems fine to me. Pirates then just shouldn't download the update at the time of release...just wait until a modified one is released.


Someone else posted one in another thread when I made similar comments, but If I'm gonna spend extra to account for multiple games I'm gonna go with the best option which is a flashcart, I do not need carry anything extra doing that, I don't get why Nintendo ditched the cases they used for 15 years or so.

 

I use a flashcart for regular DS to hold most of my games. I've never put a game on it I didn't own a legit copy of.

What cases are you referring to? Did you guys get cases with GBA and Gameboy games? From what I recall in NA we only got the games nestled in a cardboard box.
