Religion is the sole reason for morals, like it or not. Philosophy is about doing what is smartest and thinking about the consequenses. In religion, bad actions are met with bad consequenses. Its also a way to explain the unexplainable, and to keep peace of mind. Philosiphy, does neither really. And the bolded is just ridiculous. Religion demands nothing but faith. By religion i mean christianity.

Religion isn't the reason for morals. Morality predates any religion.

Religion explains the unexplainable by giving false, made-up answers to assure the peace of mind of weak people.

Faith implies following blindly and not thinking.

Where are you getting this from? Where did i bring up that religion is truth/false? All i said is that it demands faith, and btw your definition of faith needs some work lol. Faith implies following with belief. Not blindly lol, go read a dictionary.

If it's not blind, then it wouldn't be faith, no?

(rejecting ration in the name of faith is acting blindly)
