So I updated my ps3, logged in, recieved a message that I have to change my password, I would recieve an email with the link.. they didn't allow it to do change on my PS3.. after 36 hours I got my email.. PlaystationNL twitter said there are problems with some emails (live, hotmail etc) getting a delay... I got my email at 4 in the night... Jeeeh you would say... but the message said that after this mail was send i would have 3 hours to change my password.... like normal people I was asleep and missed the deadline... >_<"
I'm guessing different countries, different ways to change your password...
