Mr Puggsly, in case you haven't noticed, realistic sims aren't the kind of games Nintendo does.
Neither are realistic shooters/Street racing games/etc.
Nintendo specialises in their own kind of games. I don't know why you think they should move into genres that don't fit them or their philosophy.
They should stick to what they do best and try to get third parties to round out their console library.
