3rd parties don't want to compete with Nintendo. Hence, the claim, that Nintendo console owners only buy Nintendo games. Where have you been for the last several decade?

But Wii fans argue that some genres don't sell well on Wii because lack of quality titles. If 3rd parties aren't filling those voids than Nintendo should do it themselves.

Nintendo just sits back and lets those genres be mediocre on Wii. Thus making Wii unappealing to fans of those genres. What I like about Sony and MS is they don't let any genre stay weak on their platforms. They seek out and fund projects to fill those voids. They don't always deliver a great game, but kudos for trying.

Getting back to my original point. Its about time Nintendo puts together their own racing sim at par with Forza and GT. Quit waiting for someone to fill that void for them.

Hence, a catch 22. Damn if you do. Damn if you don't.
