RROD, that broke your xbox, and you lost it for several weeks or worst have to buy an new one. PSN is an free service currently inactive. Big deal.

Your missing the big picture. It has nothing to do with not being able to play online for a couple of weeks, but Sony allowing 77 million psn accounts to be comprimised, let alone waiting a week to tell everyone. I guess potentially getting your indentity stolen isn't that big of a deal to you? I'm amazed how forgiving some people are to Sony because if this was MS I would be fucking pissed beyond belief.

Oh Im sure you would. The pciture you seem to be missing is that Sony along side with other credit card companies said there are no evidnce for any stolen credit card theft as of now. And Microsoft allowed, what 10-15 million CONSOLES to go to shit? How can people comapre these 2 is amazing.

I believe they do not need to have your CC to get your identity stolen. All they need is the basics like name, birthdate, address, email, etc. which was compromise. If you didn't know SOE did tell everyone that 12,700 Credit cards were compromised, but only 900 were still active. That is still potentially 900 that could get their CC stolen along with their personal data.

And how many of Ps3 users give thier real adress, age and name? Yeah, im guessing not much, and you'll be suprised how many people have accsess to your name, birthdate, address, email, etc ...
