Hmm, I don't think so. PS3 is doing quite well, actually wasn't it in the 20k/25k mark this time last year? Wii is naturally coming to a close, Japan will get Wii 2 next year so that solves that. 360 is always this low, and PSP is thriving for a system going into its 7th year.
DS started out slow as well so 3DS sales arnt anything to be alarmed about, and DS is obviously low because its successor is out and the sales are kinda split.
