PSP hardware seems to be doing OK in Europe/Others after the price cuts. I guess it's because lots of Europeans (especially in the city) take transit on commutes and need something to keep them occupied whereas in North America most people drive cars because public transit isn't very well integrated (outside of New York City, Toronto and a few other major cities).
