RROD cost consumers the full price of their product and caused them to be replaced or repurchased. PSN is only an online issue. There is no equal nature to the two aside from personal information being in jeopardy. RROD was far worse because it tarnished Microsofts name when it came to creating and overall quality product. Everyone knew Sony was weaker when it came to online than Microsoft, but they are learning. Most PSN games are a variety of titles with strong single player experiences, so really this shouldn't be a huge blow to PS3 owners unless they are multiplayer fanatics. In that case, those would obviously be the ones jumping ship to the 360 like everyones talking about. If its about playing games then this is just an issue that will pass with time.
