Gears 3 may be destroying right now but I just can't see it having all those 100, 200, 300k weeks that Halo Reach had at the end.

ioi even said there's a very good chance.  We had multiple Halo's and Reach while technically is a full fledged awesome Halo game it didn't have the 4 on its name.  This is the final episode in the main Gears trilogy and the series has grown by quite a bit over these years. 

I think we may have a new champ on our hands.
