Seece is one of the people who did something similar, but in regards to profit, but if you want simplist terms. NIntendo 1st in Profit, Microsoft 2nd and Sony 3rd for this generation using gaming division (which may be called entertainment division).

That profit comparison has some mistakes for Sony and Microsoft... Nintendo is ok because it is all about games but the game division of Microsoft and/or Sony aren't a real gaming division.

Microsoft's Entertainment and Devices Division: Xbox 360 platform (which includes the Xbox 360 gaming and entertainment console, Kinect for Xbox 360, Xbox 360 video games, Xbox LIVE, and Xbox 360 accessories), Mediaroom (our Internet protocol television software) and Windows Phone.

Sony's Networked Product and Services: Sony Computer Entertainment ("SCE"), personal computers (VAIO), new mobile products, and Sony Media Software and Services.

So it's harder to compare division profits between Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.
