The role of Han Solo (from Star Wars Prequel Trilogy...from the NUMERO UNO FILM SERIES!!!!!!) was initially not even given to Harrison Ford, Harrison was merely supervising the auditions for the role before Lucas realized that Harrison himself was the perfect pick!
