Ok, I'm going to add:
Resident Evil 3 (This is always thought of as the worst PS1 RE game. I don't know why.)
Sonic Adventure 1/2
NiGHT's into Dreams
Worms 2
Pokemon Silver / Gold (They were always overshadowed by Blue / Red which were nowhere near as good in my opinion.)
Final Fantasy XIII (Stop moaning about the god damn linearity!)
Tales of Vesperia (It switched between being fun and innocent to serious and mature, great battle system aswell.)
Metal Gear Solid 3 (Probably my favourite MGS game alongside MGS1, despite being the lowest rated.)
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
