Alright so having just come back a few days ago and being embarrased thinking Nintendo sold 3.6-million 3DS networks I am faced with the reality that Nintendo is failing on an epic scale to push the 3DS. I know some spin's have been put that Nintendo intentionally kept marketing to a minimum to allow supply to out strip demand.

But whether Nintendo intentionally under marketed and under sold or not they are in a pickle now. The 3DS is loosing weekly to the Nintendo DS its prediscessor, which is really sad. I don't see any 3DS advertising infact in the last few weeks of watching TV I hadn't seen a single ad infact yesterday I was watching G4 and saw that Nintendo3DS was listed as a sponsor for the Canadian Video Game Awards, that was the first ad I had seen in weeks.

So their are a couple stumbling block's I have heard brought up. The biggest one I stand by is lack of marketing. But others point to price and season saying not launching in Winter hurt sales. Others will say the lack of software both casual and hardcore.

So the question I put forward is what does Nintendo have to do this fiscal year to save the 3DS? WIth NGP coming this winter Nintendo needs a gameplan what is the best one you can think of?
