Ninokuni is essentially given IMO and out of the list SSFIV Arcade Edition and Sonic Generations are also very very likely
I would also say Soul Calibur V isn't out of the question either and neither is Ninja Gaiden III (I have been noticing Tecmo-Koei and Nintendo getting rather close this gen: Other M, SW3 timed exclutivity and that Miyamoto made minigame, strong early support of 3DS, etc)
