so basically drowning someone repeatedly is emotional damage? I;d say its physical torture.

no gets drowned, it makes you feel like your drowning, causing a state of panic almost instantly.

no physical damage is done at all. after it happens, you are still perfectly heathy, body as heathy as it was before. no damage whatsoever. the only thing it does is cause fear and panic. you arent hurt at all. thats why there are people who volunter to have this done to them

not being able to breath at all due to water in nose and mouth. Meaning if they go to long you will die. It is very easy for humans to suffocate if they don't act specifically how people doing it to you want or your captures don't do it right.

Also what the hell is your definition of hurt? making someone mentally suffer is still causing mental harm to someone. Mental harm can be much more damaging to an individual than physical harm in most cases.
