A lot of the new casual that came to the Wii are not going to upgrade to a new console just because one is coming out. This is not the gamer crowd that is used to upgrade their console every 5 years or so..... Heck what's the argument for making them upgrade ? Better graphics ? Better processing power ? None of the Wii bestsellers were actually focused on that area ( Wii Sports, Wii Fit, Wii Play, Just Dance, Guitar Hero,....) so why would they need those things to enjoy those kind of games ? |
He thinks that they would follow Nintendo to a new console if Nintendo provided the games that brought them to the Wii in the first place, but where that all falls apart is when he assumes that Nintendo isn't interested in making those types of games anymore
