Remedy isn`t working on Max Payne 3... Rockstar is. They made the first 2 but have no involvement with the third game.

Ohhhh Really? Still I bet this will be a 2012 title. It's a little too soon for a sequel, however for those who played the DLC, the game completly sets itself up for one.
