For DLC, they should consider a joke fight between Master Cheif vs. a few Gears. That would be hilarious. After all his suit could withstand a lot more damage then the COG suits.
Having him as an unlockable skin in multiplayer would be cool too, but I can't see that working with exploding bodies.
