The 360 is relatively cheap to produce, a lot of potential profits from the marketplace, Xbox Live Gold, etc. It just may cover all of the original Xbox's losses.

360 will cover its losses this year. If it wasn't RROD and other hardware problems it would have been profitable a long time ago. Good to see they are gonna push through and then some.

Depends on how big the price cuts to 360 and Kinect are this year. Anything more than $30 on both are going to cut pretty heavily into their margins. Although the losses are probably still going to be covered in a couple of years at the most still.
