Took them long enough, poor Aussies! "Oh, this is a nanny state, as adults you're not allowed to chose for yourself...videogames are for kids only!"
Isn't the 18-34 year old demographic by far the biggest demographic in all of gaming? I'm fairly certain all the biggest and most successful games tend to be M rated. Grand Theft Auto, Call of Duty, Halo, Gears of War, God of War, Fable, Elder Scrolls, etc. Even games like Forza and Gran Turismo are aimed more towards adults than kids, even though they're rated Teen.
Here's hoping they introduce the rating!
