If the 3DS is outsold heavily by the DS this holiday season, then the 3DS is doomed. By then Mario Kart and Super Mario 3DS would have been released, this will truly show that the mass consumer thinks this is part of the DS line. That is unless it's heavily advertised, then again that might not help but help the DS making people believe thats what Nintendo advertised seeing how they would not go for the most expensive DS.
