I live in the better region (though probably not the best, ie. Japan > Europe > North America) so I don't have many complaints here. In fact, I can't think of a single example where the North American box art would be better, and I don't really remember Japanese box arts that well.
Anyway, IMO KZ3 EU > KZ3 NA. I think it has something to do with symmetry...
