Except for the fact that nobody had compared the Wii to the Gamecube.  The OP calling it dead is a bit premature, but Mr. Khan is the one who made the Gamecube comparison in order to make the Wii's decline look better.

My point was that if the Wii being "dead" now is a sign of trouble for Nintendo, then where the hell were they in 2006? They came back from the 04-05-early06 slump spectacularly
