The only way this has a chance is if it's done by the Tactics team, which after how nightmarish XII's development was for them I HIGHLY doubt it.
Anyway, the game titles seem to make me more than a little skeptical. RDR for instance isn't even a year old so I don't see them announcing a sequel. If the system has a solid state drive that would make it the first of its kind, but SSD storage is very expensive compared to regular hard drives. However, these rumors also seem like some of the more plausible ones around.
