it doesnt matter the evidence was there that it COULD be that bad, thus should have let people know. They knew it was hacked... from day one. There is no excuses in this.

Why cause 50 to 75 million users to enter a state of panic if it wasnt that bad? You need to evaluate the situation before releasing info like this.
