Maybe but probably it will affect more on SW sales rather than HW sales.
And then we have to consider PSN is free, and Xboxlive is a paid service(it's competition), there are probably people who's interested at buying PS3 because of the free service before the downtime, they probably gonna wait for PSN to come back online instead of buying an Xbox360 and pay for what is supposed to be free on PSN.
