DQIX was advertised by Nintendo and sold over a million between Europe and America. I hardly call that a flop. And now more than ever, they need to push the series to keep it popular. DQX has a chance to surpass the sales of DQVIII if they keep advertising it. |
Dragon Quest 8 sold 1.4 millon between Europe and America and didnt need Nintendo 's help at all, so I dont understand your first point. Dragon Quest is a popular RPG franchise that has been around for over 20 years, itll be popular on any platform it sells on.
