Project Cafe/3DS Rumors - Rare on 3DS/Ports for Cafe/ Metroid future?

- Nintendo may consider letting the Metroid series cool for awhile after support for the franchise seems to be waning

I will always support you Samus... sob sob.  I think a 4-5 year rotation much like Zelda would be ideal.  It would give the team time to do things right and come up with new ideas, stories, and characters.  After an entire generation hiatus we got the brilliant Metroid Prime.  I'm willing to sacrifice time in between titles to get better games.

Edit: I've loved every game so far though, (even Other M) so maybe waiting wouldn't give us any better product than we are already getting.  Contradiction-much I know!
