Some of those probably won't launch during that same period anyway. I personally see Mass Effect 3 slipping to Jan/Feb 2012 & Battlefield 3 pushed to Mar 2012. I can see Modern Warfare 3, Skyrim, & Assassin's Creed III being the three big multiplatform releases of holiday 2011, but with Uncharted 2 not affected much by Assassin's Creed II or Modern Warfare 2 in 2009, I think Uncharted 3 can weather the 2011 storm.


It definitely would make sense for EA to push Mass effect 3 back but I don't see that happening with Battlefield 3.

They already stated that it will release in november and compete with MW3. However, I do believe Uncharted launching at the beginning of the month might be an advantage.
