3DS has multiplatform development. The list I saw was a huge list of games from all makers. Additionally, its very early in its life. As more games come and 3DS expands, this will be more apparent. Especially as games like SSIV continue to dominate sales.
I already addressed the Wii, its all based on costs for developing on a completely unique console. We've discussed this before and basically agreed.
