this situation isn't like the Dreamcast; SEGA was only a market leader during their Genesis days and even then only for a short while. They made a LOT of bad decisions or business failings in a row with their portables, SEGA CD, 32x, and Saturn and then had to go up an extremely dominant market leader. Nintendo, on the other hand, IS the market leader and is getting a headstart on SONY and MS who are lagging FAR behind Nintendo in market dominance in all areas of the world. It would take a decision straight out of the N64 era to topple them at this point
