The Dreamcast comparison is stupid. At that time, after the Saturn fiasco, SEGA was struggling in the hardware business and could not take anything but a great success. Nintendo has plenty of cash and will be able to push its hardware even in unfavourable situation. Also, there is no way Sony and Microsoft can raise too much the bar on graphics as TV sets, unlike PC monitors, are very limited in their capabilities. Nintendo will be able to sell its new console through the force of its brand name and exceptional first party titles.
