I can see how you think they "punked" Sony, but I'm not entirely sure of these touch features so I'm not sure about MS.
Your point is interesting, though. If Wii2 is essentially a PS3/360 Plus, then the HD consoles have nothing other than software to sell on, which has never been an advantage for them.
