So long as we get the full, total support of Japanese publishers and developers back, that's all I care about. I'd love to have my Castlevania, and Metal Gear Solid, and Mega Man, and Street Fighter, and MAINLINE Final Fantasy games back. All of these franchises were born on a Nintendo system, and I want them back. Screw the western publishers.

Give me these franchises back and I'm a very happy man.

Castlevnaia and Mega Man, but Street Fighter was from the arcades, and Metal Gear started on the MSX. Also, Mega Man never really left Nintendo, nor did Castlevania (especially on WiiWare). So Final Fantasy is the series that was born and left.

If I recall correctly, Mega Man X4, X5, and X6 were all on Playstation systems, as well as Mega Man 8. The MSX? How many people had one of those? 5? The Metal Gear franchise was practically born on the NES. I'll give you Street Fighter, though.

Fact of the matter is I just want the best and most awesome Japanese developer support. I want the Japanese industry to rise in prominence and power again, and I want Nintendo to be the catalyst for that. I also want Jap third-parties to start making smarter decisions with their IP (Why the hell is Sega trying ANOTHER Sonic game for PS360, for instance?)

The MSX was big in Japan, so it was notable there. Also, the Mega Man games were still on Nintendo systems, so they never left.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
