Right from the linked article. I see no problem with what they are dong given no one talks about sexuality at all. Also, the bill implies homosexuality in class. If you go after class or whatever and ask a teacher it seems it is fine.

That's in theory, but in practice you can be sure that some conservaticve christian parent will have a cow if he hears a teacher talked about homosexuality in any context whatsoever.

According to this it seems like they just put homosezuality on even footing with actual sexuality. If the kid can go and ask a bout a girl after class, then the kid can also talk about homosexuality.
