e-mail High Voltage directly. I did when i ran into the glitch in the Oil Rig that forces you to delete your profile and retry if you want to proceed (which i eventually fixed myself), and they responded in a day or so (and a proper, human response)
Hope i don't run into that, but i'm trying to tear through the single-player quick as i can first
