Finland: consumer board says Sony should pay dude €100 for OtherOS removal

This is reasonable. With that said, im pretty sure a formal demand of 100$ to Sony would have worked without the trouble of going to court. The other reasonable arrengement would be to fully refund the price paid by the consumer upon return of his PS3 to Sony.
